       and at all times hereafter shall and will upon the reasonable
       request & at y.e Cost & charges in the law of the said John Hyde
       his heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assignes doe make acknowledge levy
       suffer and execute all and every such further and other
       reasonable act and acts thing and things conveyance &
       conveyances assureances in the law whatsoever for the
       further and more perfect conveying assureing & sure
       makeing of the said lands and premises hereby granted
       with their and every of their appurtenaces &c every
       parte and parcell thereof unto y.e said John Hyde his
       heirs and assignes or his or their councill leared in y.e
       Law shall be Reasonable devised advised or required
       And Lastly y.e said Richard Johns for himselfe
       his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs doth covenant promise and
       grant to and with y.e said John Hyde his heirs and
       Assignes that they will warrant unto y.e said Jn.o
       Hyde and his heirs y.e afd lands and p.rmises with y.e
       appurtenances against all men forever by these
       presents  In Wittness whereof the parties first
       above named to these presents their hands and seales
       interchangeably have sett the day and year above

       On y.e Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written
          Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of
       Nathan Rigbie   Thomas Tongue

       Memorand.m That the second day of February Annoq.r 1714
       Came before me William Holland one of Majesties Justices
       of the prov.ll Court the within named Richard Johns and
       acknowledged the within written indenture to be his Act &
       Deed and at the same Time Elizabeth Johns wife of the said
       Richard Johns being secretly examined out of the hearing
       of her said Husband did Confess that shee Did of her owne
       free and voluntary will and without any threats Threats or
       feares of her said husbands Displeasure freely & voluntarily
