       in any wise appertaining accopted reputed or Taken as parte
       or parcell thereof and the Revertion and revertions remainder
       and Remainders of all and singular the said premises and
       all the Estate Right Title Property Claime and Demand
       whatsoever of him the said Richard Johns in and unto the s.d
       lands and premises and every part & parcell thereof
       To have and to hold y.e said lands and p.rmises
       hereby granted or mentioned or intended to be hereby
       granted with y.e appurtenances and every parte and pcell
       thereof unto y.e said John Hyde his heirs and assignes
       to y.e only proper use and behoofe of him the said John
       Hyde his heirs and assignes foever and to and for noe
       other Intent Trust or purpose whatsoever and y.e said
       Richard Johns for himselfe his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs
       doth covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said
       John Hyde and his heirs that all and every the before
       mentioned premises are at the Time of the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these presents clear and free of & from all
       manner of incumbrances whatsoever wheather by gifts
       grants bargaines sales Joyntures Dowers Statutes Judgm.ts
       recognizances ^or^ forfeitures of him y.e said Richard Johns
       on the lines of the said Tracts or parcells of land or any of
       them running into more Ancient Surveys or by any
       other surveys ways or meanes whatsoever had made
       or done by the said Richard Johns or any other person
       or persons Lawfully Claimeing or may have or claime
       any manner of Estate Right Title Interest or demand
       whatsoever by from or under him the sid Richard
       Johns or such other person or persons as shall so claime
       under him as afd or by from or under his or their Titles
       or Intrest and further that the said Richard Johns and his
       heirs from time to time and at all times hereafter shall
