322 recited Indenture relation being thereunto had more fully and at large ^it doth and may^ appeare Now this Indenture further wittnesseth that the said Richard Johns for and in Consid.n of y.e sume of five hundred pounds Lawfull mony of great Brittaine to him in hand paid by the afd John Hyde the Receipt whereof he the said Richard Johns doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and every parte thereof doth Acquitt and Discharge y.e said John Hyde ^his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs & every of them by these presents hath granted bargained sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents for himself and his heirs doth fully and absolutely grant sell Enfeoffe and Confirme unto the said John Hyde^ and his assignes All that before recited Tract or parcell of land called y.e groves lying and being in Baltemore County and also all that before recited piece or parcell of land called Stricklands Chance scituate lying & being in Calvert County afd and also all that before recited piece or parcell of land scituate Lying and being in the said county being parte of the said land called Robinsons rest and adjoyning to the land called Strickland Chance & late in y.e possession of y.e within named John Rose and also all that before recited piece or pcell of land scituate Lying and being in y.e said county and called Parkers Creek and also all y.t piece or parcell of land before recited being parte of a Tract or parcell of land called Rockhold scituate Lying and being in y.e said county and late in the possession and Dwelling plantation of John Kent afd and also all that before recited tract or parcell of land called Hawksnest scituate Lying & being in y.e said county & also all that before recited piece or parcell of land being the one Moyety of two hundred a.s of land called Rattle Snake hill scituate Lying and being in the said county and all and singular the lands and premises mentioned in the before recited grant and Indentures of Bargaine & Sale together with all and every y.e houses eddifices buildings barnes stables Tobacco houses Orchards Gardens ways waters woods und.rwoods proffitts commodeties Improvements and appurtenances w.tsoever unto y.e said tracts or parcells of land and premises belonging or (in) |
