       one parte and y.e afd Richard Johns of the other ^part^ he the said Jn.o
       Kent for the consideration therein menconed did grant
       bargaine ^&^ sell unto y.e said Richard Johns his heirs and
       assignes all that parcell of land Lying and being in Calv.t
       County afd on y.e Bay side Begining at the south side
       of a Creek called Parkers Creek and runing from the
       mouth of the said creek to Parkers ^South^ bounded Tree on the
       Bay side and bounding on y.e north south with the land of
       Rob.t Rockhold then runing into the woods according to
       said Parkers pattent conta and laid out for one hundred
       acres more or Less & called Parkers Creek which said
       land was formerly Purchased by one Henry Kent of
       one William Parker and by said Kent given unto his
       son Absalom Kent & by said Absalom sold unto y.e afd
       John Kent as also all that part or parcell of land lying
       and being in the said county being parte of a Tract of
       Land called Rockhold conta about seventy acres Lying
       on y.e Bay side adjoying to the Land of William Ireland
       on the north & upon the land of Henry Kent on the
       south it being then y.e Dwelling planta of the said ^John^ Kent
       and whereas by one other Indenture bearing date the sixth
       day of Septemb.r in the year of our Lord God one thousand
       seven hundred and eight made or mentioned to be made
       between the sed Jn.o Kent of y.e one parte and the said
       Richard Johns of the other parte and for the other part
       consideration therein mentioned did grant Bargaine and
       sell unto the said Richard Johns his heirs and assignes
       all that Tract or parcell of land called Hawks Rest lying and
       being in Calvert County afd in the woods containing
       and laid out for seventy three acres more or Less Together
       with all Rights Proffitts & Benefitts thereunto belonging
       To have and to hold the said Bargained lands &
       p.rmises unto y.e said Richard Johns his heirs ex.rs adm.rs &
       assignes forever as in and by the said Recited Indenture relacon
