       the east side of Patuxent River in the woods in the Branches of
       Plumb point Creek from the Bay & y.e Branches of Hunting
       Creek from the river which said Fifty acres of land being
       butted and bounded as Followeth Viz.t  Begining at a
       bounded poplar being the north east corner tree of Henry
       Stricklands devident of Robinsons rest called Stricklands
       Chance and from thence runing ^north &^ by east Ninty five pr
       to a boun^d^ed Hickory being the south east bounded Tree
       of a parte of said Robinsons Rest formerly laid out
       for one Rob.t Webb then west with ^said^ Webbs land eighty eight
       perches to a bounded red oake bush marked with
       four notches standing on the west side of a Chestnutt
       tree in the line of said Toebbs Land then south and by
       west ninety five perches to a small spanish oake
       by the head of a Valley and in the line of y.e afd
       Strickland then with said Strickland to the first
       bounded poplar containing and laid out for fifty acres
       more or Less Togeather with all Rights proffitts and
       Benefitts and all houses fences gardens orchards woods
       underwoods trees and Timb.r Trees ways passages rents
       easments commodeties hereditaments and appurtenances
       whatsoever to the said parcell of land belonging
       or in any wise appertaining accepted ^reputed or^ Taken as part
       or parcell thereof with the revertion and revertions
       Remainder and Remainders Issues & Proffitts w.tsoever
       of all and singular the before mentiond bargined land
       and premises with their and every of their appurtenances
       and every parte and parcell thereof To have and to
       hold y.e land and p.rmises before mentioned to be bargained
       unto y.e said Richard Johns his heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assignes
       forever as in and by the said recited Indenture relation
       being thereunto had more fully and at large it doth and
       may appear And Whereas by Indenture bearing date
       y.e eleventh day of Feb.ry in y.e year of our Lord God one thous.d
       seven hundred and eight made or mentioned to be made
       Between Jn.o Kent of Calvert County afd planter of y.e
