313) to farm Let unto the said Henry Knowles his heirs and assignes a certain parcell or Tract of Land being y.e now dwelling plantation of the said Parker containing two hundred and fifty Acres of Land being p.t of a Larger tract containing five hundred acres called Parkers palace adjoyning to and runing with sents morning Choyce on the north side of Potopsco river in the county and province afd and on a certain place called Hunting Ridge togeather w.th all its wood timber houses gardens orchards cornfields fences pastures with all other its Rights members jurisdictions and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the said parcell of Land plantat.n & premises and every p.t and parcell thereof with their and every of their appurtenances unto him the s.d Henry Knowles his heirs and Assignes from the day of the date hereof for and dureing and untill the full end and term of Ninety Yeares Nine Years from thence next ensueing and fully to be compleat computed and ended Yielding and paying therefore yearly and every year dureing the said Term unto y.e aboves.d Rob.t Parker his heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assignes one ear of Indian Corne if it be lawfully demanded at or on y.e feast day of S.t Michael the Archangell Viz.t on the 29.th day of Sept.r And it is hereby Concluded and Agreed by and between the said parties to these presents And the said Rob.t Parker doth for himself and his heirs covenant promise and agree to and with the s.d Henry Knowles his heirs and assignes that it shall and may be lawfull to and for the said Henry Knowles his heirs and assignes Quietly and peaceably To have hold occupy possess and enjoy all and singular the afd Land the Tenem.ts promised w.th their and every of their appurtenances from time ^to time &^ at at all times hereafter dureing the s.d term without the lawfull let interuption or disturbance of him the said Robert Parker his heirs or assignes or of any other person or persons w.tsoever lawfully claiming by from or under them or any of them And also freed and discharged of and from all and all manner of former other bargaines sales Gifts Grants Judgm.ts Executions and from all other Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever had made done or suffered by him them or any of them provided always and it is Nevertheless agreed and concluded by and between y.e parties to these presents and it is the true Intent and (Meaning) |
