x.d     This Indenture made this 17.th day of October in
Vide satisfaction   the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirteen and in the
enterd fol 428      twelfth year of the reigne of our sovereigne Lady Anne by the grace of God
       of Great Brittaine France and Ireland Queen defender of the faith &c.a
       Between Robert Parker of Baltemore County in the province of Maryland
       of the one part and Henry Knowles of the County & province afd Gent on y.e
       other part   Wittnesseth that the said Rob.t Parker for and consideration
       of the sume of five thousand pounds of tobacco to him already in hand paid
       by the said Henry Knowles before the ensealing and delivery of these
       presents the receipt thereof and of every p.t thereof doth hereby also
       clearly acquit and discharge the said Henry Knowles and his heirs and
       assignes for other good causes and considerations him the said Rob.t
       Parker thereunto moveing Hath demised granted bargained and
       to farm letten and by these presents doth demise grant bargain and
