303) and laid out for two hundred acres more or Less Togeather with all Rights Proffitts Benefitts & Previledges thereunto belonging Royall mines excepted And Whereas the said Joseph Churnell by his last will and Testament bearing date the fourth day of Aprill in the Year of our Lord God One thousand six hundred and Ninety Eight and Bequeath unto a Certaine Henry Pickrell & his heirs the afd two hundred Acres of Land & premises wth the appurtenances which said and after the death of the said Henry Pickerell descended and became vested in the said W.m Pickrell as son and heir at Law to the said Henry Pickerell as by the said Will Relation being thereunto had may more fully appeare Now This Indenture Wittnesseth that the said William Pickrell for and in Consideration of the sume of one hundred pounds sterling money of Great ^Britt.o^ to him in hand paid by the said John Synott at and before the sealing and Delivery hereof the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof Accquitt Exonerate ^release^ and Discharge the said John Sinnott his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and every of them for ever by these p.rsents Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these p.rsents doth Give Grant bargaine Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirme unto the said John Sinnott his heirs and Assignes forever All the afd parcell of land called Called Churnells Neck and premises with the appurtences thereunto belonging To have and to hold the s.d Granted and bargained land & p.rmises with ^y.e^ appurtenances Previledges and Comodeties thereto belonging to him the said John Sinnott his heirs and Assignes forever and to his and their proper Use Benefitt and behoofe for ever and to noe other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said W.m Pickerell for himselfe his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs doth Covenant Promise and Grant to and with the said John Sinnott his heirs and Assignes that before the Ensealeing and delivery ^here^of he is the true sole and Lawfull Owner of the above bargained Land and premises with their and every of their appurtenances and is lawfully seized and possessed of the same in his owne proper wright as heir at Law to the said Henry Pickrell as of a good perfect and Absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee simple and that he hath Good Right full power and (Lawfull) |
