       with all Rights Benefitts Profitts and Previledges w.tsoever
       free and Clear of and from all incumbrances whatsoever y.e rents
       and services which shall after the date of these Presents Grow
       due and payable unto the Chief Lord or Lords of y.e fee or fees
       only excepted & foreprized and y.e said John Medcalfe for himselfe
       his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth further covenant promise and
       Grant to and with y.e said Henry Hall his heirs & Assignes &
       every of them that he the said John Medcalfe now at the sume
       of y.e Ensealeing and Delivery of these Presents is and standeth
       solely and Rightfully seized of and in all & singular
       the forementioned p.rmises with the appurtenances of a good
       sure perfect and absolute Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple
       to him his heirs and assignes without any mann.r of Condicon
       or Limitation which may alter change or make void the
       same and that the said John Medcalfe hath in himselfe
       Good right full power and Lawfull Authority to Give Grant
       Bargaine Sell and alsoe the said one hund.d & eighty acres
       of Land and p.rmises unto y.e said Henry Hall his heirs and
       Assignes forever in mann.r and forme forementioned and
       expressed and y.e said John Medcalfe doth further covenant
       and agree to and with the said Henry Hall his heirs & assignes
       that he the said John Medcalfe his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs shall &
       will when they are thereunto required at the Reasonable
       Request & Charges in the Law of y.e said Henry Hall his heirs
       or assignes make doe acknowledge suffer & execute any or
       all such Lawfull Deeds or Instruments as shall be Reasonably
       devised advised or Required by him y.e said Henry Hall his heirs
       or assignes or by his or their Councill Learned in the Law for y.e
       further & bett.r Assureance & Sure makeing all y.e abovesaid
       Lands & p.rmises with their and every of their app.rtences
       hereby bargained and sold unto y.e above named Henry Hall
       his heirs or assignes forever And Further y.e said John
       Medcalfe doth ^further^ for himselfe his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs covenant
       and agree to and with y.e said Henry Hall his heirs & assignes
       ^that he the said Henry Hall his heirs and assignes^ shall & may forever hereafter quietly & peaceably have
       hold use occupie and enjoy all the aboves.d lands & p.rmises
