       Sixty Six Degrees East Twenty four p.s to a bounded Hiccory then
       south Eighty two Degrees East twenty six p.s to a bounded
       white oake then North twenty three degrees east twenty
       two perches to a bounded Hiccory then North one Degree
       west twenty two p.rches to a bounded white oake then north
       Eighteen Degrees west thirty perches to a bounded white
       oake then north sixty Degrees west sixteen p.s to a bounded

       further Wittneseth that the said John Medcalfe for & in Consideration
       of the sume of two and Twenty pounds sterling
       money of Great Brittaine to him in hand paid by the said
       Henry Hall at or before the Ensealing & Delivery of these
       presents the Receipt Whereof y.e said John Medcalfe doth
       hereby Acknowledge and therew.th to be fully contented & paid
       and thereof and of every part thereof Doth Clearly ^acquit and discharge^ the
       said Henry Hall his heirs and Assignes forever and by
       these p.rsents hath Given Granted Alien^at^ed Bargained Sold
       & Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these p.rsents doth fully
       clearly & absolutely Give Grant Alien Bargaine Sell
       Enfeoffe & Confirme unto y.e said Henry Hall his heirs
       and assignes for ever all the above menconed Tract or
       Parcell of Land & p.rmises Granted to y.e said John Medcalfe
       as by the above mentioned Grant may appeare to Have
       and to hold y.e said Tract or parcell of Land unto him the
       said Henry Hall his heirs & Assignes forever Togeather
