250 Sarah his wife for themselves and their heirs and the said Thomas Cleaver and Susannah his wife for themselves and their heirs And the said John Watson and Alice his wife for themselves and their heirs Doe by these p.rsents severally and not joyntly but each for his own Respective acts and the acts of his Respective wife only Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said W.m Mathew his heirs and Assignes that they the said Paul Collins Samuel Palmer Party to These p.rsents Richard Hutchins and Sarah his wife Thomas Cleaver & Susannah his wife John Watson and Alice his wife shall & will within y.e space of six Months Next Ensueing at the Charge Charges of the said William Mathew his heirs or Assignes Acknowledge & Levey in due forme of Law unto y.e said William Mathew & his heirs before his Maj.tys Justices of the Court of Common Pleas at Westminster one or more fine or fines Sur Conuzance de droit come clere with proclamation to be there ^up^ or to had according to the usuall Courses of Fines for Conveyance of Lands and the Forme of the statute in that Case ^made^ and provided of all & every the the said Messuages Lands Tenement & Hereditaments and premises herein before menconed or Intended to be hereby Conveyed with their appurtenances by such apt & convenient names quantityes Qualityes Contents and Descriptions to ascertaine y.e same & in such sort maner and forme as by the said William ^Mathew^ his heirs or Assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised or advised or Required And it is hereby Declared & agreed by & between all y.e said parties ^to these presents^ That the said Intended Fine before Covenanted to be Levyed and all & every other fine and Fines or other (conveyances) |
