       Dureing y.e space of Ten Years next Insueing y.e day of y.e Date of these presents
       make do Acknowledge Levy Execute & Suffer or Cause or Procure to be made done
       acknowledged Levyed Suffered and ^or^ Executed to y.e said William Mathew his
       Heirs or Assignes all and every such further & other Assurances and
       Conveyances whatsoever of y.e said premisses herein before mentioned and
       Intended to be hereby Conveyed w.th their appurtenances or any part of
       them as by y.e said William Matthew his heirs or Assignes or by his or
       their Councill Learned in y.e Law shall be reasonably devised advised
       or required so as y.e same do not containe any larger or farther
       covenants than against y.e Acts & deeds of pson or psons so makeing
