       Conveyances & Assureances in the Law whatsoever already had
       made levyed suffered or executed or hereafter to be made levyed
       suffered or executed of the said hereby granted or inte^n^ded to be
       granted Premises or any parte thereof by & between the said
       partyes to these p.rsents any or either of them or whereunto they
       any or either of them are is or shall be party or partyies privy
       or privies Vouchee or Vouchees and the full force & execution of the
       same and every of them shall be and enure & were are and
       shall be intended and shall be Construed Deemed and taken to be
       and be enure and are hereby Declared to have been and to be &
       enure To the only Proper use & behoofe of the said William
       Mathew his heirs and Assignes & to & for no other use intent
       or purpose whatsoever  And this Indenture further
       Wittnesseth that for the considerations aforesaid the said
       Paul Collins Sam.ll Palmer party to these p.rsents Richard
       Hutchins and Sarah his wife Thomas Cleaver and Susannah
       his wife & John Watson & Alice his wife and every of
       them Hath bargained sold and assignes and by these presents
       Doe and every of them Doth bargaine sell and assigne to
       the said William Mathew his Ex.rs Adm.rs and assignes all their
       & every ^of their^ Right Title and Interest of in & to all and every
       the Negroes slaves goods Chattles and personal estate heretofore
       of the said William Palmer Deceased and John Palmer
       Deceased or either of them now being or Remaining in upon
       or belonging to y.e said Messuages Lands hereditaments and
       p.rmises herein before mentioned or Intended to be hereby
       Conveyed or any parte or parcell of them  And y.e said Paul
       Collins Sam.ll Palmer partie to the presents Richard Richard
       Hutchins and Sarah his wife Thomas Cleaver and Susannah
       His Wife & John Watson & Alice his Wife and every of them have
       authorized and appointed and by these presents do and every of
       them doth authorise and appoint and give & grant full power
       and authority unto y.e Hon.ble Col William Coursey ^of^ Wye River
