247 and Intended to be hereby conveyed every or any parte or parcell thereof them Togeather with all deed evidences and Writeing Touchig or Concerning the said p.rmises or any parte thereof in y.e Custody or power of the said Paul Collins Samuell & Susannah his wife and John Watson and Alice his wife or any of them or which they or any them can or m^a^y come by without suite in Law or Equity To have and to hold the said severall Tracts or pieces or parcells of Lands Messu^a^ges Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and all & singular the said p.rmises hereby granted or menconed or Intended to be hereby granted and conveyed and every parte and parcell of the same with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said William Mathew his heirs and Assignes To the only proper use & behoofe of the said William Mathew and of his heirs and Assignes forever And y.e said Paul Collins doth for himselfe his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs covenant Promise and grant to and with the said William Mathew his heirs and Assignes by these p.rsents in manner and forme following That is to say that the said Paul Collins for & Notw.thstanding any act matter or thing by him the said Paul Collins had made committed or suffered to the cont^r^ary now is and stands seized of a good and absolute and ^Indefeazable^ and defeasable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple of and in all and singular the said Messuages Lands Tenements & Hereditaments and all and singular other the p.rmises herein before menconed or intended to be hereby conveyed with their appurtenances And that for & Notwithstanding any such act matter or thing as afd the said Paul Collins now hath good Right full power Lawfull and Absolute Authority to bargaine sell & convey the said Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and p.rmises with their appurtenances & every of them unto the said William Mathew his heirs and assignes in manner & for me afd and according to the true Intent & meaning of these p.rsents And that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said William his heirs and assignes in the said Messuages Lands ^Tenements^ hereditaments and p.rmises and every of them herein before menconed and intended to be hereby conveyed to enter and peaceably and (Quitely) |
