       Commodeties Hereditaments and appurtenances w.tsoever
       to the said severall Tracts pieces or parcells of land or to any
       or either of them belonging or in any ways appertaining
       all which lands and p.rmises were heretofore in the tenure or
       Occupation of the said William Palmer of the province
       of Maryland deceased or of his Undertenants or Assignes
       And alsoe all other Messuages houses plantations
       Lands Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever late of
       the said William Palmer deceased or of the said John
       Palmer his Brother deceased or either of them scituate
       lying and being in Maryland afd or which they the
       said Paul Collins Samuel Palmer party to these p.rsents
       Richard Hutchins and Sarah his wife Thomas
       Cleaver and Susannah his wife and John Watson and
       Alice his wife or any of them are by any wayes or
       meanes right or title whatsoever or howsoever seized of or
       entituled unto in Possession Revertion Remainder or
       Expectancy scituate lying lying and being in Maryland
       aforesaid with their and every of their appurtenances
       and the revertion and reversions Remainder and
       remainders Rents Issues and proffitts of all and singular
       the said premises and all the Estate Right Title Interest
       use trust property claym and demand either in Law
       or Equity or them the said Paul Collins Sam.ll Palmer
       party to these presents Richard Hutchins and Sarah
       his wife Thomas Cleaver and Susannah his wife and
