       Quietly to have hold occupy possess & enjoy the
       same and every of them with their and every of their
       Appurtenances without the lett suite trouble hindrance
       Molestation Eviction Interruption Clayme or
       Demand whatsoever of the said Paul Collins or his ^heirs^ or
       of any other person or persons Lawfully or Equitably
       Claiming not or to claimeing or to Claime by from or
       under him them or any of them and that free and clear
       and freely & clearly accquited exonerated and Discharged
       of and from all and all manner of former and other
       Bargaines sales gifts grants Leases Mortgages
       Intayles Joyntures Dowers rights and title of Dower
       Statutes Recognizances Judgments Extents Executions
       and all other Estates Titles Troubles Charges & Incubrances
       whatsoever had made done or committed or to be had
       made committed or done by him the said Paul Collins
       or any other person or persons Lawfully or Equitably
       Claimeing or to Claime by from or under him the
       said Paul Collins And alsoe that he the said
       Paul Collins and his heirs & all and every other person
       or Persons Lawfully whatsoever haveing or Lawfully or
       Equtable Claiming or which shall or may have or
       Lawfully or Eqitably Clayme any Estate Right Title
       Interest use or Trust of into or out of the said Messuages
       Lands Tenements Hereditaments and p.rmisses herein before
       mentioned and intended to be hereby conveyed or any
       parte or parcell thereof by from or under the said Paul
       Collins shall & will at the request Costs & Charges in
       y.e Law of y.e said William Mathew his heirs or
