       Parrish for himself his heires ex.rs and adm.rs doth covenant grant and
       agree to and w.th the s.d Henry Ward his heires and assignes that he y.e s.d
       Edw.d hath full power and absolute authority to grant bargaine and sell
       the above premises w.th all and singular y.e appurtenances unto the s.d
       Henry Ward his heires and assignes for ever and that the said Henry
       after the ensealing and upon delivery of these presents shall be & stand
       seized of a good estate in the same premises to the use of him the s.d Henry
       his heires and assignes for ever And the said Edward Parrish for himself
       his heires ex.rs and adm.rs doth covenant grant and agree to and w.th the
       said Henry Ward his heires and assignes that he the s.d Edw.d Parrish or
       his heires the above bargained pcell of Land w.th all and singuler the
       appurtenances unto the said Henry Ward his heires and assignes ag.t a
       certaine Henry Doweing & his heires ag.a a Cert.a Obediah Jenkins & his
       heires a certaine Jn.o Hyllen & his heire and also ag.t him the said Edw.d
       Parrish and his heires and from any person or psons claiming or pretending
       to claime or w.ch may hereafter pretend to claime or have any
       right title or interest of in and to the same premises by from or under y.e
       persons afd or any of them shall and will warrant and for ever defend by
       these presents And the said Edward Parrish for himself his heires ex.rs and
       adm.rs Doth Covenant grant & agree to and w.th the said Henry Ward his
       heires and assignes that he the s.d Edward or his heires shall and will at
       any time w.thin the space of seven yeares next ensueing acknowledge
       and execute or cause or suffer to be acknowledged and execute any
       other act deed or conveyance of and for the above bargained premises as
       in the Law shall be reasonably devised or required so that he the s.d Edw.d
       Parrish or his heires be not bound to further Warranty than is above
       expressed and set forth In Wittness whereof y.e parties to these psents have
       interchangeably set their hands and seales the day & year first above
