       Interest Claime and Demand whatsoever of him the said John
       Hyde his heirs & Assignes of in & to the same unto the said Nicholas
       Sewall his heirs or Assignes or to such other person or persons as he
       or they shall Direct & appoint Freed & Discharged from all
       Incumbrances whatsoever done by the said John Hyde his heirs or
       Assignes And the said Nicholas Sewall doth hereby for himselfe
       his heirs ex.rs & administrators covena^nt^tnt promise and grant to
       with the said John Hyde his heirs and assignes in manner
       following that is to say that the said Nicholas Sewall is Lawfully
       siezed of and in the said Tracts peices or parcells of Land and
       premises before mentioned to be conveyed with their and every of
       their appurtenances of a good sure absolute and Indefiezable
       Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple to the use of himselfe and
       his heirs absolutely without any [illegible] trust Clause
       or Limitation of use or uses or any other matter or thing whatsoever
       to alter Change Determine or make Void the same & that the s.d
       Nicholas Sewall hath full power good Right and Lawfull
       and absolute Authority to grant bargaine sell & convey the
       Said Tracts pieces or parcells of Land & premises with their and
       every of their appurtenances unto the said John Hyde his heirs
       and assignes in manner & forme aforesaid and that after breach of
       the provisoe & covenant aforesaid ^it^ shall and may be Lawfull to and
       for the said John Hyde his heirs and Assignes peaceably & Quietly
       to enter upon & to have hold Occupie Possess and Enjoy the said Tracts
       peices or parcells of Land & premises with their & every of their appurtenances
       & Receive & Take the Rents issues and proffitts thereof without the
       Lawfull lett suite Trouble Deniall Eviction Ejection Molestation or
       Disturbance of or by the said John Hyde or any other person or persons whatsoever
       & alsoe freely & clearly acquitted and Discharged of and from
       all & all manner or former and other bargaines sales Leases Estates
       rights titles Joyntures Dowers Thirds uses Intailes Annuities rents
       Charge Rent seck & all arrears of rent forfitures recognizances
       Judgments Executions Extents statues Merchant & of the staple &
       of and from all other Titles troubles Charges & Incumbrances whatsoever
       had made Committed done or suffered by the said Nicholas
       Sewall or any other person or persons ^whomsoever^ & further that the
       said Nicholas Sewall and all & every other person or persons whomsoever
       haveing or Lawfully Claiming or to have or Lawfully Claime
       any estate right title Interest Claime or Demand whatsoever
