224 Occupied or Enjoyed or accepted reputed or taken as parte parcell or member thereof or of any parte belonging or anywise appertaining or [illegible] demised thereof and the revertion & revertions remainder & remainders rents ^Issues &^ Proffitts thereof and of every parte & parcell thereof and all y.e Estate Right Title Interest Claime & Demand whatsoever of the sd Nicholas Sewall of in & to the said premises or any parte thereof together with all Deeds Escripts Miniments and Writeings whatsoever relating to or comencing the said premises or any parte thereof now in the custody or power of the said Nicholas Sewall or any other person or persons intrust for him or which he can come by without suite in Law or Equity To have and to hold the said Severall Tracts peices or parcells of Land & premises with their & every of their appurtenances unto the said Jn.o Hyde his heirs & assignes to the only proper use & behoofe of the said John Hyde & of his heirs & Assignes forever Provided always nevertheless and it is the True Intent and meaning hereof and of the Parties hereto that if the said Charles Pye Walter Pye and Nicholas Sewall or either of them their or either of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs do and shall well and truely pay or Cause to be Paid unto the said John Hyde his ex.rs adm.rs or Assignes the said sume of five hundred pounds Good and Lawfull money of Great Brittaine parte of the said sume of nine hundred and twenty nine pounds tenn Shillings on the said Eight ^day of^ December without any Deduction or abatement whatsoever and alsoe if the said Honourable Benedict Leonard Calvert his heirs Executors or Administrator or any of them or the said Nicholas Sewall his heirs Executors or Administrators or any of them shall and doe pay or Cause to be paid unto the Said John Hyde his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes the full sum of sixty pounds parte of the said sume of one hundred pounds of Lawfull money without and Deduction or abatement what^s^oever for or in Respect of any Taxes Charges or assessments Taxed Charged Charged or assesed or to be Taxed Charged or Assessed upon the said premises or any parte thereof or upon the said summe of five hundred pounds and sixty pounds or any parte thereof by any act or acts ordinance or ordinances of Parliament now in being or hereafter to be made or otherwise ^how^ soever that then and there upon the said John Hyde his heirs or assignes shall & will at the request Costs & Charges of the said Nicholas Sewall his heirs or assignes reconvey the said Tract Peices or parcells of Land & premises with their & every of their Appurtenances & all the estate right title (Interest) |
