       of into or out of the said Tracts Peieces or Parcells of Land and
       Premises or any parte & parcell thereof shall & will from time to
       time & at all Times hereafter) after breach of the covenant
       aforesaid at the request Costs & Charges in the Law of him the said
       John Hyde his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes make doe acknowledge
       Levy execute and suffer or cause & procured to be made done
       Acknowledged Levied executed & sufferred unto the said John
       Hyde his heirs and assignes forever all and every such further
       & other act Lawfull and reasonable act and acts thing & things
       device & Devices Conveyances and assureances in Law whatsoever
       for the Further better more perfect & absolute conveying and
       Assureing the said Tracts peices parcells of Land and p.rmises
       and every parte & parcell thereof unto the said John Hyde his
       heirs & assignes to the use & behoofe of him the said John Hyde
       his heirs & assignes forever And Lastly it is hereby concluded
       and agreed by and between the said parties to these presents that
       untill default shall be made of & in payment of the said sums of
       five hundred pounds and sixty pounds or some parte thereof contrary
       to the Provisoe & Covenant aforesaid and the true intent and
       meaning of these presents shall & may be Lawfull to and for the sd
       Nicholas Sewall his heirs and assignes to receive and take the rents
       issues and proffitts of all & every the said Tracts pieces or parcells of
       Land & premises to his and their own proper use & uses without the
       Interuption or Disturbance of the said John Hyde his heirs or
       Assignes In Wittness whereof the parties first above named to these
       presents their hands and seales interchangeably have sett the day and
       year first above Written                           Nicholas Sewall   (seale)
       Sealed and Delivered ^(being first duly stamped)^ in the presents of us
       Tho.s Dugdale   Tho.s Hardwick   Tho.s Tongue

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorst Viz.t

       May the fourth 1714      Then Came the within named Nicholas
       Sewall before me one of her Majesties Justices of the provincial co.rt
       and acknowledged the within Deed according to act of assembly in
       that case made & provided   W.m Holland
