223 day next before the Day next before the day of the Date of these presents & by force of the Statute for Transfering of uses into Possession & to his heirs & assignes all that piece or parcell of Land Called Poplar Ridge scituate ^lying^ & being in Talbott County in y.e province of Maryland on a branch called Red Lyon branch Beginning at a marked pockhiccory Tree standing by the side of the said Branch & Running downe the said branch north & by east two hundred & fifty perches from thence west & by north three hundred and Twenty perches then south & by west two hundred & Fifty perches from thence west east & by south three hundred & twenty perches to the first Tree Containing & Laid out for five hundred acres be the same more or Less & alsoe all that pei^ce^ or parcell of Land Called Sewall Forck Lying in Talbot County aforesaid afd on the Eastern Side of the said branch called red Lyon branch Begining at a marked white oake Standing by the said branch & running South up the branch five hundred perches & from thence East three hundred and Twenty perches & from thence north five hundred perches & from the end of the North Line west three hundred and twenty perches to the first bound Tree Containing and Laid out for one thousand acres be the same more or Less And Alsoe all that tract or parcell of Land Called Sewalls manner Lying in Talbott County aforesaid beginning at a marked Spanish oake standing in a Fork on the south East side of a Branch & on the south west nigh a new marked Road unto duck Creeke running north East from the said Road five hundred perches to a marked white oake standing in a Savan by a great branch thence running South East twelve hundred & eighty perches then south west five hundred perches in the Lord Baltemores Forrest then with a Direct Line to the first meconed bounds Containing and Laid out for four thousand acres of Land more be the same more or Less togeather with all Edifices buildings waters water courses ways Proffits Priviledges Commodeties hereditaments and appurtenances to the said Tracts peices or parcells of Land and premises belonging or in any wise appertaineing or therewith all heretofore Demised Lott (occupied) |
