       his bond or obligation bearing date the seventh day of December
       Instant did become bound to the said John Hyde in the penall sume
       of Two hundred and sixty pounds Conditioned to pay the sume of one
       hundred and Thirty pounds to the said John Hyde his Ex.rs Adm.rs
       or Assignes on the eighth day of December which will be in the yeare
       one thousand seven hundred and fourteen as by the Said Bond relation
       being thereunto had may appeare the sume of sixty pounds parte of
       the Said sume of one hundred and thirty pounds was the proper Debt
       of the said Nicholas Sewall And whereas the said sume of
       five hundred pounds parte of the said sume of nine hundred twenty
       nine pounds & tenn shill.s so sent & advanced to the said Charles
       Pye and Walter Pye as aforesaid was Lent by the said John Hyde
       to the said Nicholas Sewall upon the Bond of the Said Charles
       Pye & Walter Pye & the sume of sixty pounds was sent &
       advan^c^ed to the Said Nicholas Sewall upon the Bond of the Said
       Honourable Benedict Leonard Calvert as afd and alsoe upon
       the said Nicholas Sewall his agreeing that the premises herein
       after mentioned should be conveyed & assured unto the said John
       Hyde his heirs & Assignes as a further security for the repayment
       of the said sume of five hundred pounds parte of the said
       sume of nine hundred & twenty nine pounds ten shillings and
       sixty pounds parte of the sd one hundred & thirty pounds Now
       This Indenture Wittnesseth that the said Nicholas Sewall
       for the Consideration aforesaid & in Pursuance of the said agreement
       & alsoe for & in Consideration of the sume of five shillings
       of Lawfull money of Great Brittaine to him in hand paid at or
       before the Ensealeing and Delivery of these presents the receipt
       whereof the said Nicholas Sewall Doth hereby acknowledge
       & thereof & of every parte thereof Every Doth accquit release
       & Discharge the said John Hyde his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and
       Assignes every of them by these presents   Hath granted bargained &
       sold aliened enffeoffed released & confirmed & by these presents
       Doth grant bargaine and sell alien enffeoffe & confirme
       unto the said John Hyde in his actuall possession now being by
       Vertue of an Indenture of Bargaine & Sale for one whole yeare
       to him thereof made by the said Nicholas Sewall bearing date
