       Otherwise well Entituld to them and their heirs of and in the
       Mannour of [illegible] Orcop and Treville and the Capitall Messuage
       called the Myndcale scituate in the said County of Hereford and also
       reciteing that the said Charles Pye and Walter Pye had agreed
       w.th the said John Hyde to Assigne and Convey in such a suff.t
       and legall manner as the Councill of the said John Hyde should
       advise the said premises unto the s.d John Hyde his heirs ex.rs or
       adm.rs or assignes as a further security for the payment of
       the said sume of nine hundred twenty nine pounds and ten
       shil within one month after any Court of law or Equity
       should determine the title thereto and to any part thereof
       to be in them or either of them or within one month after
       it should otherwise appear that they or either of them have
       a right thereto or to any part there of the Condition of
       the said Obligation was such that if the said Charles Pye
       and Walter Pye their heirs or assignes or either of them
       should within one month after they should by the Decree
       or determinat.n of any Court of law or equity or after
       it should appear to the said John Hyde his heirs ex.rs
       adm.rs or assignes that they or either of them were
       Intituled unto the said mannours Messuages and pmises
       by such good and suff.t Conveyances and Assurances in y.e
       law as the Councill of the s.d John Hyde should advise well
       and truly Assure and Convey the said premises or such part
       of the same as they or either of them should be entituled
       unto or seized of unto the s.d John Hyde his heirs ex.rs ad.rs or
       assignes as a further and better security for the repaym.t
       of the Said sume of nine hundred and twenty nine
       pounds & ten shil within six months after such Convey.a
       free from all Incumbrances except a security given to
       Charles Trinder Esquire by the said Charles Pye for about
       twelve hundred pounds then the said Obligation to be
       Void as by the said two severall bonds or warrants of
       attorney relation being thereunto respectively had
       may more fully and at large appear   And Whereas
       the hon.rble Benedict Leonard Calvert of London Esq.r by
