       on the Twenty eighth day of November then next & last past
       then ye saide Obligation to be void or else to remain in full
       force & Vertue And Whereas ye said Charles Pye and
       Walter Pye by their Deed poll or warrant of att.rny bearing Date the
       Thirtieth day of November Last past directed to Samuell Mason
       John Busby & James Mead att.rnys ^of the Court^ of Queens Bench at Westminster
       or any other att.rny of the same Court did authorise the s.d att.rnys
       to appeare for ^them^ the sd Charles Pye and Walter Pye as of Miches
       Terme then and now last past in the said Court and then and
       there to receive a declaration for them and each of them in an
       an action of debt upon bond for the Sume of eighteen hundred
       pounds at the suite of the said John Hyde and to Confess the
       same action or suffer Judgm.t by Non [illegible] Informatus or other wise
       to pass ag.t them and to be forthwith entred up of record in the
       said Court togeather with all Costs of Suite And Whereas the s.d
       John Hyde by a Certaine deed or writeing under his hand and
       seal bearing date on or about the thirtyeth day of Novemb.r
       last past and reciteing as herein or to the effect herein before
       recited did Covenant promise and agree to and w.th the said
       Charles Pye and Walter Pye that if they the said Charles
       Pye and Walter Pye or either of them should pay the s.d
       John Hyde his ex.rs adm.rs or assignes the full sume of nine
       hundred and twenty nine pounds and ten shil on or about
       the eighth day of December in the year of our Lord one
       thousand seven hundred and sixteen that then the s.d John
       Hyde would execute a suff.t warr.t of att.rny for acknowledging
       satisfaction upon the s.d Judgm.t and in the mean
       time would not sue out any execution thereof And
       Whereas the said Charles Pye and Walter Pye by their
       bond or obligation bearing date the thirtyeth day of
       November last did become bound unto the said John Hyde
       in the penall sume of eighteen hundred pounds reciteing
       as herein or to the effect herein before recited and also
       Reciteing that it was apprehended that the said Charles Pye
       and Walter Pye or one of them was or were seized in fee or
