213 Spanish oake of Matthew Mockbys standing in the Line of the said Enfield Chase thence with the said Mocbys Land South & by East Sixty Six pearches to a bounded red oake standing in the Line of a parcell of land Called the Cattaile Meadows of Robert Anderson thence East with the said Land to the first bound^ed^ tree containeing one hundred acres togeather with all trees Timber trees woods & Underwoods Houses out Houses tobacco houses Orchards gardens fences & other Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining And alsoe all ^and singular^ the personall Estate of them the Said Richard Duckett & Charity his wife of whatsoever ^nature^ kind or Quality soever it be ^as^ cows calves hoggs horses mares sheep Bedding Pewter brass Iron or other goods Chattles or implements of household stuff whatsoever which can ^or^ may be called the Estate of them the Said Richard Duckett or Charity his wife To have and to hold the said Plantation and Land Belonging to y.e same with all and singular the appurtenances & all the personall Estate af.d & every parte and parcell thereof unto the said Jacob Henderson his heirs and Assignes forever And they the said Richard Duckett & Charity his wife doe for themselves Covenant Promise and grant & agree to & with the Said Jacob Henderson his heirs & Assignes that they the said Richard Ducket & Charity his wife shall & will att all times hereafter save Indempnified keep harmeless and defend as well the said Jacob Henderson his heirs & Assignes as alsoe all the said Land premises and all the Said personall Estate afd of & from all other & former bargaines Sales Gifts grants Judgments Executions or other Incumbrances whatsoever whereunto the said Land & premises hereby bargained and sold and the Goods Chattles and Implements of household afd or any parte thereof may be Lyable to or upon account or by Reason of any ^act^ Deed or thing Committed done or Comm entred into by them the said Richard Duckett and Charity his wife or by any other person whatsoever And ^further if^ they the Said Richard Duckett and Charity his wife are before the perfection of these presents Seized of and in the Said Land & premises of a free and indefiezable Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple & (of) |
