       Court the within Named Edward Boteler and Anne his wife and
       Acknowledged the within Deed In due forme of Law In Testimoney
       whereof I Have hereunto sett my hand the Day year above Said mentioned

x.d     This Indenture made the twe^l^fth day of Aprill in the
                   year of our Lord one Thousand God one thousand seven
       hundred & fourteen and in the twelfth year ^of the reign^ of our ^Sove^ Reigne Lady Queen
       Ann by the Grace of God of Great Queen of great Brittaine &c.a
          Between Richard Duckett of Prince Georges County in the
       province of Maryland Planter & Charity his wife of the one parte
       & Jacob Henderson of the said County & province Clke of of the other
       parte Wittnesseth   That y.e said Richard Duckett & Charity his
       wife for and in Consideration y.t they att the time of Ensealing &
       Delivery hereof Do stand Justly Indebted unto the said Jacob
       Henderson in the sume of one hundred and Eleven pounds of good
       & Lawfull money of Great Brittaine as which they hereby doe
       Acknowledge Have Given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed
       and confirmed and by these presents do fully clearely and absolutely
       give grant Bargaine sell Alien Enffeof and Confirme ^un^to the said Jacob
       Henderson his heirs ^and assignes^ forever   All that plantation peice parcell or tract of
       Land Called Ducketts hope whereon they now dwell being parte of a
       Tract of Land Called Tylers Discovery Scituate in the County afd
       Beginning at a bounded white oake Standing in the line of a
       parcell of Land Called the Cattaile Meadows belonging to Robert
       Anderson also in the North and by west line of Ample Grange
       now in the possession of John Boyd and runing thence with the said
       boyds Land North and by west sixty six perches to the Line of Enfield
       Chase taken up by John Llwelling Thence with the said Land west
       two hundred forty Nine perches & and an halfe perch to a bounded
