       which shall be in the year of our Lord One thousand seaven hund.d
       and fifteen pay or cause to be paid unto y.e said Amos Garrett his
       heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes the other p.rches halfe or remaining
       moyety of y.e Consideration money being y.e Like Sume of eighty
       pounds sterl money of Great Brittaine by Good Bill^s^ of Exchange
       four to y.e sett and to y.e Likeing of y.e said Amos Garrett drawn att
       20 days sight on some responsible Merchant in London in great
       Brittaing and y.e said Bills of Exchange be there duly accepted
       and paid to y.e said Amos Garrett or order y.e sume If y.e said Tho.s
       Brown & Katherine his wife their heirs ex.rs of adm.rs shall and do
       faithfully performe and fullfill both y.e above mentioned paymens
       of the sumes on y.e Days and time aforesaid and the same Bills of
       Exchange be duly paid in London in Great Brittaine to the
       Said Amos Garrett or order That then this deed to remaine continue
       and be absolute every Clause and article and y.e Estate thereby
       made to Cease determine and be void to all intents and purposes
       But on fa^i^lure of the payment of all or any of the two respective
       sume or sumes on y.e days or times aforesaid Or nonpayment of either
       of said two Bills of Exchange in London in Great Brittaine to y.e
       said Amos Garrett or assignes this deed to remane continue and be
       absolute and in full force and effect to all intents and purposes to
       Settle and vest in the said Amos Garrett his heirs & assignes
       forever An absolute Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee
       simple as fully & amply as if y.e afd provisoe had not been menconed
       herein And they the said Tho.s Browne and Katherine his
       wife do hereby for them and theirs farther covenant promise
       grant and agree to and with the said Amos Garrett and his heirs
       y.t in Case the said Amos Garrett shall hereafter dureing and untill
       the twenty fifty ^day^ of Decemb.r one thousand seven hundred and  
       fifteen advance any more money to the said Tho.s Brown and
       Katherine his wife or to either of them or give them or either of them
       Credit in his store or other wise for any sume or sumes of
