        years one Negro boy Called Son of Murea about two years old    To
        have and to hold the said seven Tracts of Land Lying in Annarundell
       County and four Tracts of Land Lying in Baltemore County before
       mentioned and three Negroes which three Negroes and eleven tracts of Land to and
       for y.e only proper use and behoofe of the said Amos Garrett his heirs and assignes
       and the said Tho.s Browne and Katherine his wife for themselves and their
       heirs do hereby Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Amos
       Garrett his heirs and Assignes that they the said Tho.s Browne & Kathrine
       his wife at the ensealing and Delivery of these presents in ^is^ and untill a good
       and perfect Estate shall be made and executed of y.e said eleven Tracts of
       Land three Negroes & premises unto the said Amos ^and^ his heirs shall Continue
       and be seized of all and singular the before mentioned Bargained eleven Tracts
       of Land and premises and every parte thereof of good Lawfull perfect absolute
       sole & Indefiezable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple to y.e s.d Amos Garrets
       own proper use and behoofe without any Condition Mortgage Limitatio^n^ of
       Use or Uses or other thing to alter Change Determine or Incumber the same
       or any parte or parcell thereof and that they the said Tho.s Browne & Katherine
       his wife will forever warrant and Defend the same eleven tracts of Land and
       three Negroes unto him y.e Said Amos his heirs and assignes against all
       manner of persons whatsoever Claiming any Interest therein or thereunto
       whether by y.e Lands running into elder or more ancient surveys or otherways
       & Lastly they the said Tho.s Browne & Katherine his wife and their heirs
       shall & will at any time hereafter make doe acknowledge suffer &
       ^execute^ all and every such farther and other act and acts thing or things as by the
       Said Amos as by the said Garrett his heirs or Assignes shall be reasonably
       devised advised or Required Provided alwayes and it is the true Intent &
       meaning of these presents that in Case y.e said Thomas Browne of y.e ^this^ County Plant.r
       or his assignes shall at or before upon the twenty fifth day of December
       which shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fouteen
       pay or cause to be paid to y.e said Amos Garrett his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs or assignes
       y.e sume of eighty pounds sterl money of Great Brittain by Good Bills
       of Exchange four to y.e sett and to y.e Liking of y.e s.d Amos Garrett
       drawn at twenty Days sight on some respo^n^sible Merchant In London
       in Great Brittaine and y.e said Bills of Exchange be there duly accepted
       & paid to y.e s.d Amos Garrett or ord.r being ^one^ halfe of y.e Consideration
       Money above mentioned as alsoe shall at or upon y.e 25.th day of Decemb.r
