       money Quantity or Quantitys of tobaccos that none of the said
       Lands that Tenaments and heredetaments shall be redemable All
       such sum or sums Quantity or Quantitys of tobaccoes be duely with
       Legall interest paid but shall remaine and be an Estate of Inheritance
       in fee to y.e said Amos Garrett and his heirs untill such time as such
       sume or sumes of money quantity or quantitys of Tobaccoes shall by the
       said Thomas Browne and Katherine his wife or either of them be duely
       satisfied and paid In Wittness wherof the said partys have hereunto
       Interchangeably sett ^to^ their hands and affixed their seales the day and year first
       on the other side above Written

       Tracts of Land & Three Negrowes as my hand and seale the day and year afd

       Then Came the above named [illegible] ^Thomas^ Browne before me Samuel
       Young one of her Majestys Justices of the prov.ll Court of Maryland and
       Acknowledged this Deed and the eleven tracts of Land and three Negroes
       & therein mentioned to be the Right of the above named Amos Garrett
       his heirs and Assignes forever  According to Act of Assembly in that
       Case made and provided      Acknowledged before me this 17.th day of
                                                 February Anno Domini 1713
