       the said Abraham for his own use and which hath now a Store
       house upon it built and Finisht and which was Lately in the
       poss.n of the Late Mad.m ^Mary^ Ridgly and has been reputed the Lot of y.e
       Said Mary Togeather with all and singular the appurtenances
       thereunto belonging ^for in any wise pertaining^ To have and To hold the aforementioned
       Land and premises with the appurtenances unto him the said Jacob
       Henderson his heirs and Assignes for ever to the only proper
       use and behoof of him the Said Jacob his heirs and assignes
       for ever and to none other use Intent or purpose whatsoever
       And the said ^Abraham^ Jacob for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs doth
       hereby covenant promise grant and agree to and with the sd
       Jacob Henderson his heirs and assignes that he the said Abraham
       at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents is &
       stands seized of the afd Land and premises w.th the appurt.s
       to the only prop.r use and behoof of him the sd Abraham
       his heirs and Assignes for ever and also of and in a good
       sure Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple of in &
       unto the same lands and premises and every part and parcell
       thereof And the said Abraham for himself his heirs ex.rs and
       adm.rs doth hereby further covenant pmise grant and agree
       to and with the said Jacob Henderson his heirs and assignes
       that he the said Abraham and his heirs the aforementioned
       Land and premises w.th the appurtenances and every part &
       parcell thereof unto him the said Jacob his heirs and Assignes
       from and Ag.t him the sd Abraham and his heirs shall
       well and truly warr.t and for ever by these presents defend
       And the said Abraham doth hereby further Covenant Pmise
       grant and agree to and w.th the said Jacob in Manner afd
       that he the said Abraham and his heirs shall and will at any
       time hereafter within the space of seven years next following
       make do acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be made
       done acknowledged suffered and executed at the reasonable request
       Cost and Charges in ^the^ Law of him the said Jacob his heirs or
