       Assignes all such further and other ^Act or^ Acts thing or things Convey.a
       or Assurances in the law whatsoever for the further and better
       Assurances surety and sure makeing of the afd land and premises
       to the sd Jacob and his heirs and Assignes according to the true
       Intent and meaning of these presents as by the said Jacob his
       heirs or Assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the law shall
       be reasonably advised devised or required In Wittness whereof
       the parties to these presents have set their hands and affixed
       their seales the day and year first above written
