18 with a Line drawn west till it Intersect the afd Creeke and from thence to a Line drawn south bounding w.th the afd Creeke south to the afd bounded tree Cont.a & Laid out for three hundred acres more or Less Togeather w.th all Rights pfitts beneffitts and Priviledges to the same belonging ^or in any wise appertaining^ To have and to hold the s.d tract or pcell of Land unto him the said John Gresham his heires and assignes to & for y.e only proper use and behoofe of him the said John Gresham his heires & assignes for ever and he the said John Wells for himself & his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs the s.d tract or pcell of Land and all and singular other y.e premises before Granted bargained and sold w.th the appurtenances unto the said John Gresham and his heires to the only proper use & behoof of the said John Gresham his heires & assignes for ever against him the said John Wells his heires & assignes & all & every other pson and psons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall and will warrant & for ever defend by these psents And the sd John Wells for himself his heires ex.rs and adm.rs Doth further Coven.t promise grant & agree to and w.th the s.d John Gresham his heires & assignes in Mann.r & forme following that is to say that the said John Gresham his heires & assignes shall and may from time to time and at all times ^for ever^ hereafter Lawfully peaceably & Quietly have hold use occupie possess & injoy the afd pcell of Land Cont.a three hund.d acres w.th all and singuler the premises before menconed w.th their & every of their appurtenances without any Lett hindrance or interupcon whatsoever of him the said John Wells his heires ex.rs adm.rs or assignes and that free Clear & Freely & Clearly Acquitted Discharged and kept Indemnified of and from all former & other bargaines Sales Gifts Grants Leases Mortgages Rents or Incumbrances whatsoever had made Committed or suffered to be done by the said John Wells his heires or assignes or by any other pson or psons whatsoever by from or under the said John Wells his heires ex.rs & adm.rs y.e Rents & Services that shall grow Due or payable to the Lord of the fee only excepted and Moreover that the said John Wells his heires ex.rs & adm.rs shall and will at any time hereafter at y.e request & Cost & Charges in y.e Law of the said John Gresham his heires or assignes make do acknowledge & suffer execute & suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged executed & suffer all & every such farther & other Lawfull & reasonable act & acts thing & things Device & Devices in the Law Conveyances & assureances in the Law whatsoever for the further assureance surity and sure makeing setling and conveying y.e afd Land w.th the premises and appurtenances unto him the said John Gresham his heires or assignes or his or their Councell Learned in the Law shall Reasonably devise advise or required In Wittness whereof the party first above named have hereunto sett his hand and seale y.e day & yeare above written John Wells (S) On the back side of the afores.d deed was thus endorsed Viz.t (Sealed) |
