174 warranted and defended from and against all Claymes rights titles or demands whatsoever of him the said soe in y.e originall Robert Brooke his or Assignes or any other person or persons ^Claiming from by or under him or them or any other person or persons^ whatsoever Provided Nevertheless and it is the true intent and meaning of these presents that if the Said Robert Brooke his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs shall well and truly satisfie and pay unto the Said Arden Carlton his heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assignes the said sum of One hundred and sixty five pounds sterling with lawfull Interest on or before the eighteenth day of June which shall be in the year of Our lord seventeen hundred and seventeen then this present Indenture and every Clause and article therein Conteyned to be Void and of none effect and all and singular the hereby bargained and sold premises to be and remain to the sd Robert Brook his heirs and Assignes for ever as fully and Amply to all Intents and purposes as if this present deed had never been made anything therein Conteyned notwithstanding And the said Robert Brooke doth Covenant grant & agree to & with the said Arden Carlton his heirs and Assignes that in Case the said Rob.t shall not satisfie and pay the said sume of one hundred & sixty five pounds sterl with lawfull Interest as afd on or before the eighteenth day of June seventeen hundred and seventeen that then the said Robert Brooke shall at any time after the said eighteenth day of June w.ch shall be in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and seventeen at the reasonable request and proper Cost and Charge in the Law of the said Arden Carlton make seal and duly execute any (Deed) |
