       Hinderance of the Said Arden Carlton his heirs
       or Assignes And the Said Robert Brooke for himself
       his heirs execut.rs and adm.rs doth by these presents
       Covenant Promise grant and agree to and with
       the Said Arden Carlton his heirs and Assignes that
       the land and p.rmises afd with the appurtenances hereby
       bargained or Intended to be bargained and sold ^now^ are
       Free and Clear and freely and Clearly accquitted
       Released and Discharged from all other and Former
       deeds Gifts Grants bargaines Sales Mortgages
       Extents Executions Judgments Forfeitures Claims
       Demands Estates and Incumbrances whatsoever had
       made done suffered or Committed or to be had
       made done Committed or suffered by the Said Rob.t
       Brook or any other person or persons whatsoever
       that the Said Robert at the time of the ensealing
       and Delivery of these presents is and Standeth
       Seized of all and singular the p.rmises in his
       Demesne as of Fee and that he hath in
       himself Good right true title Absolute and lawfull
       authority to Sell and Convey the Premises with y.e
       appurtenances and every part and parcell
       thereof And the Said Robert Brooke for himself
       his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs doth further Covenant &
       agree to and with the said Arden Carlton his
       heirs and Assignes by these presents that the said
       land and Premises with the appurtenances hereby
       bargained or Intended to be bargained and sold
       from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter
       shall be to the said Arden Carlton his heirs and
       Assignes for ever to and for his and their owne
       use and behoofe accquitted exonerated discharged
