       Deed or deeds Conveyance or Instrument that
       shall be reasonably devised advised or required
       by the sd Arden Carlton his heirs or Assignes or
       his or their Councill Learned in the law for y.e
       sale and Conveyance of the Said land and
       premises with the appurtenances Cleare of all
       Incumbrances whatsoever the rents and
       services hereafter to grow due to Chief Lord
       or Lords of the fee only excepted In Wittness
       whereof the said Robert Brooke hath hereunto
