       Part and parcell thereof hereby bargained and Sold
       for and dureing all the Residue of the said terme
       therein yet to Come and unexpired Now this
       Indenture Wittnesseth that for and in Considerat.n
       of the sum of sixty pounds lawfull money of Great
       Brittaine to the said Hez Haynes in hand paid by
       the said Amos Garret at and before the Sealing &
       Delivery of this present Indenture the receipt of
       which sume the said Hezekiah Haynes doth hereby
       acknowledge and thereof and of every part and Parcell
       thereof doth hereby for himself his heirs ex.rs and ad.rs
       Acquitt and Exonerate and for ever Discharge the said
       Amos Garrett his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs Hath remised
       released Confirmed granted and for ever quitt Claimed and
       by these presents for himself and his heirs doth fully
       Clearly and absolutely remise release Confirme grant
       and for ever Quit Claim unto the said Amos Garrett
       all that fourth part of a tract of land which a
       Certaine Jarvis Morgan late of Annarund.l County deced
       Called Middle neck lyeing on the east side of Chesepeak
       bay and on a river in the said bay Called Sasafrax
       river and on the north side of the river beginning
       at a markt white Oake standing on a point on y.e
       eastern side of a Creek Called Duck Creek runing from
       the sd Oake up the river Easterly one hundred &
       fifty per.s to a marked pine standing on a
       bank side by the mouth of a Creeke Called Jones
       Creek three hundred and twenty per.s by a
       line drawn from the end of the north Line and
       running north east and by north two hundred
       and sixty six per.s by a line drawn from the end
       of the north east and by north line and running
