x.d  This Indenture Made the Eighteenth Day of March in the
       Yeare of our Lord God one Thousand seaven Hundred and Twelve
       Between Hez Haynes Late of the Collony of Virginia but
       Now of Maryland in America Merchant of the one Part and
       Amos Garrett of the Citty of Annapolis in the Province of
       Maryland Merchant of the other Part Wheareas the said
       Hez Haynes by his Indenture of Bargaine and Sayle beareing
       Date the Day next Before the Day of the Date hereof In Consideration
       of five shillings of Lawfull Money of Great Bretaine therein
       Mentioned did bargaine and sell unto the said Amos Garrett the said
       fourth part of six Hundred Acres of Land called Middle Neck
       Lying in Cecill County in the Province of Maryland unto him
       The said Amos Garrett his heirs and Assignes for ever and besides the
       Messuages and tract of Land and all other the premisses lying in
       Southwark in S.t Saviours or Olives Parish in the Kingdom of Great
       Bretaine for and Dureing the Naturall Life of the said Hez Haynes
       After the Decease of Elizabeth Haynes the Elder his Mother as by
       Deed of Lease Relation being thereunto had may more fully
       Appeare To Have and to hold the said Tract Messuages Lands
       Tenements Gardens Stables Hereditam.ts and all and singular other
       The Premises whatsoever and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders of the same and every part
       and parcell thereof thereby bargained and sold or mentioned
       to be Bargained and sold with their and every of their appurtenances
       unto the said Amos Garrett his Exec.rs Adminst.rs
       And Assignes from the seaventeenth Day of this Instant
       Next Insueing fully to be Compleat and Ended by force
       of which said Indenture and of the bargain and sale
       therein Contained the said Amos Garrett doth now at
       the time of the sealing and delivery hereof stand
       lawfully seized possessed of and in all and singular
       the said tract Messuages lands tenements Gardens
       Stables Hereditaments and all and singular other
       the Premises whatsoever and the reversion and reversions
       remainder and remainders of the same and of every
