       west two hundred and ninty eight perches by a line drawn
       from the end of the west line and running south five
       hundred and thirty six perches to the first marked white
       oake at the mouth of Duck Claiming six hundred acres
       more or less as in and by the patent thereof remaining
       upon record in the Land Office relation being thereunto
       had it doth and may fully and at Large appear And
       Whereas afterwards the said Jarvis Morgan being
       thereof possest and by his last will and testament bearing
       date the tenth day of January Annoq Dom 1698 did
       amongst and after other bequests give and bequeath
       unto Mary Roper now wife of James Moore one hund.d
       and fifty acres of the above land to her and her assignes
       being a Quarter or one fourth part of the said six
       hundred acres of land lying on Sassafrax river in Cecill
       County af.d which the said Hez Haynes bought of the
       abovesaid James Moore and Mary his wife as by a
       deed of Conveyance made and dated the thirteenth
       day of March and in the twelfth year of the reigne
       of our sovereigne lady Ann of Great Brittain &c Annoq
       Dom one thousand seven hundred and twelve may
       more fully and Clearly appear And also all and
       singular other the messuages lands tenements woods
       underwoods gardens stables and hereditaments whatsoever
       of him the said Hez Haynes or whereof or wherein he
       now hath or ever had any Estate of Inheritance or
       for life either in possession reversion or reversions
       remainder or remainders or otherways in expectance scituate
       Lyeing or being in the Parish of Saint Saviours or S.t Olives
       in the burrough of Southwark in the realm of Great
       Brittaine or else where in the said burrough by whatsoever
       name or names the same be Called or known and w.ch
       now are in the poss.n of Eliz.a Haynes the Elder his mother
       for term of her naturall life with all and singular
