       for the further & better assurance surety & sure makeing and conveying y.e

       of their app.rutts unto the said John Gresham his heires & assignes for ever as by
       the said John Gresham his heires or assignes or his or their Councill Learned in y.e
       Law shall be reasonably devised or advised & required In Witness whereof the
       parties first above Menconed have hereunto sett their hands & seales the day &

       and Anthony Ivy Ex.rs of Rob.t Smith lately deced & acknowledged the w.thin Tract of
       Land to be the proper right of M.r John Gresham Conformable to an act of
       assembly of this province                           before me

       Know all men by these presents that Anthony Ivy and Anne his wife for & in
       Consideration of the sums within Menconed to them in hand paid by y.e w.thin
       named John Gresham have Given granted remised released & Quit Claimed & by
       these presents do Give and grant remise release & for ever Quitt Claime unto the s.d
       John Gresham his heires & assignes all their Estate Right title Interest Claime
       and demand whatsoever w.ch they the s.d Anthony Ivy and Anne his wife now
       have or may Claime of in or to the w.thin Menconed pcell of Land or any part
       or pcell thereof To have and to hold the said peice or pcell of Land
       w.th all and singular the premises w.thin Granted w.th their & every of their
       apputts bargained & sold unto the said John Gresham his heires & assignes to y.e
       only proper use and behooffe of the said John Gresham his heires & assignes
       for Ever And the said Anthony Ivy & Ann his wife do hereby for themselves
       their heires Ex.rs and adm.rs covenant pmises and grant to and w.th the said
       John Gresham his heires and assignes that they the said Anthony ^Ivy^ & Anne
       his wife do hereby for themselves their heires Ex.rs & adm.rs covenant pmise
       and grant to and w.th the said John Gresham his heires and assignes that
       they the said Anthony Ivy & Anne his wife the w.thin Menconed Pcell of Land
       w.th the within granted p.rmises unto the said John Gresham his heires &
       assignes against themselves and their heires and against all other pson or
       psons whatsoever shall & will warr.t and for ever Defend by these presents
