15) same and all other Estate Right Title Interest Claim or demand of any person or psons whatsoever or w.ch shall hereafter pretend to lay any claime thereto & all Deeds Evidences Escripts Charters wrightings & Minuments whatsoever Touching or Concerning the same premises To have and to hold the s.d peice or pcell of Land w.th all and singular other y.e premises w.th their and every of their apputts before by these presents bargained and sold unto the said Jn.o Gresham his heires & assignes to the only proper use and behoofe of the said John Gresham his heires and assignes for ever and the said Anthony Ivy for himself & his heires ex.rs & adm.rs y.e af.d peice or pcell of Land & all & singuler other the premises before Granted bargained and sold w.th the apputts unto the said John Gresham his heires to the only proper use & behoofe of the s.d John Gresham his heires and assignes for ever against him the said Anthony Ivy his heires & assignes and all & every other pson or psons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall and will Warrant & for ever defend by these presents And Further the said Renatus Smith & Anthony Ivy do hereby for themselves their heirs ex.rs & adm.rs covenant pmise & Grant to & w.th the said John Gresham his heires & assignes that they y.e s.d Renatus Smith & Anthony Ivy at the time of Ensealing and Delivery of these psents are and stand seized of and in the afd peice or pcell of Land and all other the before Granted pmises and every part & pcell thereof by virtue of the above Menconed will of the deced Robert Smith and then had full power and Lawfull authority (by Virtue of the said will) to grant convey and assure the same unto the said John Gresham his heires and assignes for ever according to the true Intent & Meaning of these presents and that the said John Gresham his heires and assignes shall and may from time to time and at all times hereafter without any Lett hindrance Mollestation and Interuption whatsoever of them the s.d Renatus Smith & Anthony Ivy their heires Ex.rs or adm.rs or any pson or psons whatsoever Claiming by from or Under them And that Free and freely John Gresham & Clearly acquitted exonerated & discharged of and from all manner of former and other bargaines sales Intayles Leases Joyntures Mortgages Rent arrearages of Rent Gifts Grants Titles & Incumbrances whatsoever had made committed suffered or done by the said Renatus Smith or Anthony Ivy their heires Ex.rs or adm.rs or any other pson or psons whatsoever by his or their Consent or assent the Rent & services w.ch shall from henceforth grow due & payable to y.e Chief Lord of the Fee only excepted and Lastly the s.d Renatus Smith and Anthony Ivy do hereby for themselves their heires Ex.rs & adm.rs covenant that they shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the specill instance & request (& at the proper Cost & Charges in the Law of him the said John Gresham his heires or assignes make due acknowledgem.t execute and suffer all & every such further & other Reasonable & Lawfull act & acts thing & things Device) |
