       bargained premises and every part thereof not to
       be defeated or defeazances by any attainder or attaind.rs
       Judgment or Judgments statute Merch.t or of the staples
       recognizance former deed or deeds or any other matter
       or thing whatsoever And that the Said Hez Haynes
       and his heirs or assignes shall Continue and be Seized
       of all and singular the before mentioned bargained
       premises of a good lawfull perfect absolute sole and
       Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple to y.e
       said Hezekiah Haynes his heirs and Assignes own
       proper Use and behoofe without any Condition
       Mortgage Limitation of use or Uses or any other
       thing to alter Change determine or Incumber the
       same or any part or parcel thereof And that he
       y.e said James Moore will for ever hereafter warr.t
       and defend the Same one hundred and fifty acres of land
       being one fourth part of the said six hundred acres
       of land Called Middle neck lying in Ceecill County &
       on a river Called Sasafrax river unto him the said
       Hez Haynes his heirs & Assignes against all and every
       manner of Person or persons whatsoever Claiming
       any Intrest to y.e whome ¼ of the tract or any part or
       part thereof by the lanes runing into Elder or
       more ancient surveyes or otherwise as also any
       person or persons Claiming from by or under him
       the said James Moore or Mary his wife as also
       from all former bargaines Sales Joyntures Dowers
       statutes Judgments Recognizances Arrearages of rent
       forfeitures and all other Charges and Incumbrances
       had made or done before the sealing and delivery hereof
       And lastly that he the said James Moore and Mary
       his wife doth Covenant promise g^r^ant and agree that
       himself and his heirs shall and will from at any
       time hereafter make do acknowledge suffer and
       execute all and every such farther and other act
       and acts thing or things as by the s.d Hez Haynes
       his heirs or assignes shall be reasonably devised
