       North up along Jones.s Creeke three hundred and
       twenty perches by a line drawn from the end of the
       North line and running north East and by north two
       hundred sixty six perches by a line drawn from the end
       of the north east and by north line and running west
       two hundred ninty eight perches by a line drawn from
       the end of the west Line and runing south five hundred
       thirty six perches to the first markt white Oake at
       the mouth of Duck Creek Containing six hundred acres
       more or less as in and by the Pattent thereof remaining
       upon record in the land office relation being thereunto
       had it doth and may fully and at Large appear And
       whereas afterwards the Said Jarvis Morgan being thereof
       possest and by his last will and testament bearing date y.e  
       tenth day of January Annoq Dom 1698 did amongst
       and after other bequests give and bequeath unto Mary
       Roper wife to the afd James One hundred and fifty
       acres of the above Land to her or her assignes being y.e
       Quarter or one fourth part of the said six hundred
       acres of Land lying in Sassafrax River in Cecill Co.ty
       as afd with all the appurtenances to the same or any
       of them belonging  To have and to hold the said one
       fourth part of six hundred acres of land Called
       Middle neck being one hundred and fifty acres
       lying in Cecill County and on a river Called Sasafrax
       river and premises with all singular the woods
       the woods underwoods fruit Trees Nurseries Pastures
       Meadows Houses and Outhouses &c unto him the
       said Hez his heirs and Assignes for ever and the
       s.d James Moore &c doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs
       and Adm.rs hereby Covenant promise Grant and
       agree to and with the s.d Hez Haynes his heirs
       and Assignes that he the said James Moore Is at the
       perfection hereof seized of an Absolute Estate of
       Inheritance in fee simple of and in the s.d
                                                       bargained
