       suremakeing over unto the said Hez his heirs or Assignes
       all and singular the afd Tract of land or unto any part
       or parcell thereof In Wittness whereof the Said parties

       being the Consideration for the above purchased Land &c

       Then Came the above mentioned James Moore before Sam.ll
       Young Esq.r one of her majtys Justices of the prov.ll
       Court of Maryland and acknowledged the within
       deed and the land & therein menconed to be the right
       of the above named Hez Haynes His heirs and
       Assignes for ever according to act of Assembly in that
       Case made and provided
                                                          before me   Sam.l Young

       On the back of y.e aforegoing deed was thus endorst Viz.t

Maryld fs   Mem.d March 14.th 1712  The within named Mary Moore wife of James
       Moore [illegible] ^signed^ sealed & deliv.d the w.thin deed acknowledging y.e w.th menconed land &
       appurtenances [illegible] of Hez.a Haynes & his heirs for ever

                                              Maryland 10.th May 1713

       Then reced of M.r Hez Haynes by the hands of M.r
       Amos Garrett the Quantity of eighteen pounds of tob.o
       being the alienation fine for the within menconed
