       to hold all and singular the tracts parcells or peices of Land

       any right title or Interest by vertue or by means of being
       heires to the Said Homewood or any other of the Homewoods
       her ancestors with all reversions Remainders rights title or
       propertys in all descents and bequests as afd As alsoe all
       and every the Cultivations Conveniences buildings improvem.ts
       and appurtenances whatsoever on the said Lands or to them
       or any of them belonging or any ways appertaining unto him
       the Said James Govan his heirs and assignes for ever
       in as full and ample manner as they the Said W.m & Mary
       might possess or injoy y.e same and to his only proper
       use and behoofe of him the said James and his heires
       and to no other use Intent or purpose w.tsoever And y.e
       said W.m and Mary do for themselves and each of them
       their and each and either of their heires exect.rs and
       adm.rs Covenant promise grant and agree to and w.th the s.d
       James Govan his heirs and assignes that the the s.d
