       with the Said James Govan his heirs and assignes that they the
       Said W.m and Mary or either of them and their heires shall and
       will at any time for ever hereafter doe make acknowledge
       Suffer and Execute all and every further act or acts
       assureance or Conveyance as the Said James or his Council
       (at the said James or his heirs assignes Cost and Charges) shall
       advise or devise for the further & better assureance surety and
       sure makeing the all & every the tracts parcells or peices of
       Land and premises afd unto him the said James Govan his
       heirs and assignes for ever And the said James Govan doth
       for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs hereby declare & Coven.t
       to and w.th the Said W.m & Mary that no Legacy or bequest
       from her the said Marys ancesters of mony or tobacco is
       intended meant alienated or disposed by this deed only all Lands
       and hereditam.ts to her descended from her Ancestors the
       Homewoods In testimony whereof the parties to these
       presents have Interchangably set to their hands and affixed
       their seales the day & year abovesaid               his
