       And the said W.m Murfey & Eliz.a his wife for themselves their
       heirs ex.rs and adm.rs doe hereby Covenant promise Grant and
       agree to and with the Said Thomas Aldriss his heirs and Assignes
       that the above bargaind Premises are at the time of the
       ensealing and delivery hereof Clear and free of and from all
       and all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever and that there is
       the Quantity of said Land viz.t one hundred acres without runing
       into any older survey or any older servey runing unto that And
       that they the said W.m and Eliz.a his wife will clear all former
       rent due to this time and alsoe pay the charge of the patt.t
       in the Lord Proprietors office and all other charges due or to be
       be due to this day (the Quitt rents growing due hence forward
       only excepted) And ^they^ the said W.m and Eliz.a his wife & their heires
       shall and will at all times hereafter for ever warr.t and defend y.e
       same lands & premises unto him the said Thomas Aldriss his
       heirs and assignes ag.t all and all manner of further And all
       heirs Persons whatsoever and at all times to Come dureing the
       space of seven years make suffer doe & execute any all
       and all manner of further deed or deeds Conveyances or
       assureances whatsoever for the further better & more sure
       makeing over of all and singular the premises with their
       appurtenances as the said Aldriss or his Councill Learned in
       the law shall devise or advise so that the same be at the
       Charge (in the law) of the said Thomas Aldriss his heirs or
       assignes and to the same use Intent & purpose of these presents
       and w.th as little trouble to the said Murfey as may be
       In Wittness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
       and affixt our seals the day & year afd
