       late of Kent Island in Queen Anns County in the province of
       Maryland decd scituated and being on the Island afd or in the
       Port of Annap.o or else where in the province afd and also all
       the estate right title and interest which ^he^ the said Humphry Pellew
       had of and in the premises by a grant and Conveyance of the same
       to him heretofore made by and from Anthony Workman of the City
       of Gloster in the Kingdom of Great Brittain who is heir at law to the
       said William als Anthony Workman and also the ^revercon & revercons^ remainder &
       remainders of them & every of them to have & to hold the said
       lands tenem.ts & premises with the appurts unto the said Benj.a Ball
       his heires and assignes from the day next before the date of the said
       recited Indenture unto the end and terme of one year ^from^ thence next
       following to the intent that by vertue thereof and of the statute
       for transfering uses into poss.n the said Benj.a Ball might be in
       the actuall possession of the said lands tenem.ts & premises and be
       enabled to accept of and take a grant and release of the Inheritance
       and revercon thereof to him and his heires and assignes forever as by
       the said recited Indenture more at large appeareth Now this
       Indenture Wittnesseth that the said Humphry Pellew for & in
       Consider.a of the sume of four hundred twenty six pounds five shill
       sterl mony of Great Brittain to him in hand paid before the ensealing
       & executing of these presents by the said Benj.a Ball the receipt
       whereof he the said Humphry Pellew doth hereby acknowledge &
       Confesse and himselfe to be therewith fully satisfyed contented &
       paid and thereof and of every part and parcell thereof doth release
       acquitt and discharge the Said Benj.a Ball his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs
       and every of them for ever by these presents hath by and with the advice
       & Consent of the said Judith his said wife testified by her being made party
       to these presents and signeing and sealing of the same granted bargained
       Sold remised released and Confirmed and by these presents doth grant
       bargain sell remise release and Confirme unto the said Benj.a Ball in his
       actuall poss.n now being by Vertue of the said recited Indenture of
       bargaine and Sale made to him of a year and of the said statute) and to
       his heirs and assignes all and singular the afd Lands tenements hereditam.ts
       and premises with the appurtenances and all the Estate Right title Interest
