       and sell unto him the s.d John and his heirs all that one hundred acres
       of land called Harwood orriginally taken up by Rich.d Woolman for one
       hundred and fifty acres and by him sould to Ralph Bazell who so^u^ld the ^same^ to
       Ant^h^ony Demondedier who likewise sould the same to Abell Brown
       Father of the s.d Robert party to these presents which s.d Hundred acres
       is to be laid out at the Choice of the s.d John Taylor his heirs executors
       adm.rs or assignes in any part of the s.d Tract of Land excludeing the s.d
       Roberts House Garden and Orchard to have and to hold
       the same with all its Rights members and appurtenances unto him
       the s.d John his heirs and assignes for ever by these presents to and for
       the only proper use and Behoofe of him the s.d John Taylor his heirs and
       assignes and to no other use Whatsoever And the s.d Robert Browne doth
       by these p.rsents for him and his heirs covenant promise grant and
       agree to and with him the s.d John his heirs and assignes that the s.d
       hundred Acres of Land and every part thereof att the time of the En
       Sealing and Delivery hereof is and standeth clear and free of and
       from all Manner of former Bargaines Sails Deeds conveyances
       mortgages or any other engagements or Intanglements whatsoever Save
       only the Quitt Rents that hereafter shall Grow Due thereon
       to the right Honourable the Lord Proprietary and that the same
       he will from time to time and all times hereafter Warrant and
       Defent unto him the s.d John his heirs and assignes for ever ag.t all
       manner of p.rsons their Claimes and pretensions to the same or
       any parte thereof Provided that if the s.d sume of seventy six pounds
       six shillings and eight pence ster shall with out fraud Covin
       collusion or Delay be well and truly paid to the s.d John Taylor his
       Executors Adm.rs Assignes or Certain Attorney according to the manner
       and time in the s.d Bill of saile Mentioned then this Deed
       and every cause ^thereof^ to be avoid otherwise to remaine absolute and in
       full force   In testimony whereof the s.d Parties have hereunto
       set there hands and affixed the seales the Day and Year above written
