136 the same may be nothing reserved excepted nor Reserved with all Costs damages and Interests and upon recovery and receipt thereof to make and pass due and suff.r acquittance and discharge And if needfull in the name of the Constituant to appear and his persons to represent in all Courts and before all Judges Justices & Ministers of the law likewise to Compound and agree as occassion shall require Et lites in amplissima forma Contestari cum facultate substituendi and Generally to do say pursue Imprison Implead seize attack arrest Condemn and out of prison again to discharge And also to seale & execute release or Releases or relateing to the premises as fully & effectually in every respect as the s.d Constituant might or Could doe if personally present he hereby promiseing to ratifye and Confirme for valid whatsoever his said attorny or his substitutes shall lawfully doe or Cause to be done in the prosecut.n of the p.rmises by Vertue hereof Thus done & passed in London the day & year afd Arden Carlton (sea) Sealed & deliv.d in y.e presence of Rich.d Reed Sam.l Perrie Sam.l Hunt In testimonium Veritatis Rob.t Torrens Not.ry Pub.cus 483 Mem.d Oct.r y.e 9.th 1711 The above letter of att.rny was proved by the oaths of Cap.t Ric.d Reed & Cap.t Sam.l Perrie before R Bradly x.d This Indenture made this eight day of Aprill one thousand seven hundred and thirteen Between Robert Brown Junior of Ann.ll County planter of ^y.e^ one the parte and John Taylor of the Citty of London in great Brittain Merchant of the other part Wittnesseth that whereas y.e s.d Robert hath upon the day of the date hereof for and in Consideration of the sume of seventy six pounds six shill and eight pence ster to him p.d by the s.d John Mortgaged and made over by by bill of sale unto him the s.d John for security of due payment of the said sume three Negroes slaves as in and by the same relacon thereunto had may appear but not thinking the same sufficient being perishable This Indenture further wittnesseth that the s.d Robert for the Better and further security of due payment of the s.d sume of seventy six pounds six shillings and Eight pence ster hath given granted Bargained and Sold and by these presents he doth for him and his heirs give grant Bargain |
