       Containing one hundred and Twenty acres and also the other tract or pcell
       of Land being part of Majors Choice afd Containing two hundred acres more
       or Less and Tenements and all other the premises before menconed to be bargained
       or sold or Covenanted to be Conveyed as afd with the appurtenances and every
       part or parcell thereof of & from all former bargaines sales Joyntures dowers
       titles of Dowers statutes Judgments Recognizances rent Charges arrearages
       of Rent forfeitures and all other Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever had
       made or done before the sealing and delivery of these presents by her the s.d
       Sarah Norwood or any other person or persons Claiming from by or under
       her in any wise And the said Sarah Norwood doth for her self & her heires
       farther Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Amos
       Garrett his heires and assignes that she the said Sarah Norwood shall and will
       from time to time and at all times hereafter when thereunto required
       do make suffer Acknowledge and Execute or Cause to be made done suffered
       acknowledged and executed all and every farther & other act and acts thing
       and things assureances and Conveyances whatsoever as by the said Amos
       Garrett his heires & assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law
       shall from time to time be reasonably devised or advised for the farther
       and better assurance surety and sure makeing over of all and singular y.e
       afd two tracts or parcells of Land and premises hereby bargained & sold
       And Lastly the said Sarah Norwood for herself and her heires the said two
       tracts of Land and premises so as afd bargained and sold unto the said Amos
       Garrett his heires and Assignes shall for ever hereafter warr.t and defend of
       and from all manner of Defects and Incumbrances whether it be by the s.d
       Lands runing into former or more ancient surveys or any other person
       or persons Claiming or to Claim any right title or Interest unto any of the
       afd two tracts of Land or unto any part or parcell thereof In Wittness
       whereof the said parties have hereunto sett to Interchangably their hands
       and Seales the day & year afd                                 Sarah Norwood   Seale

       Norwood before me W.m Holland Esq.r Chief Justice of her Maj.tys prov.ll
       Court of the province afd and acknowledged the abovesaid deed to be
       the right of the above named Amos Garrett his heires or assignes
